It has been a fast two months since arriving back in NYC! Spent two weeks finding a job, then the perfect one found me. Absolutely love it. Social Media is the industry to be in and who else gets to tweet, facebook and youtube for work? *looks around for a show of hands*
This time around I am determined to live life differently. I've learned to cook, be patient (sometimes) and not let it pass me by. So far we have been to Pinkberry, Peter Luger, Lemon Ice King of Corona, Citi Field and Chelsea Market. If these place sound boring or mundane than you need to evaluate why you are paying a fortune to live here. Very refreshing to see your home how a tourist would and take a lot of pictures...so the memory of how wonderful it is to be here never fades.
I think Sinatra had it all wrong...
"If I can make it there, I'll make it anywhere.." I tried it and although I met amazing people and had once in a lifetime experiences, it's just not a true.
